  1.      MyBBS is pleased to present KT-FleaMarket for your BBSing Pleasure.

  3.                      ********** INSTRUCTIONS **********

  5.     When you first enter the door, you are asked to select a Category.
  6.     You may either enter the corresponding number of the Category you wish
  7.     or simply press ENTER to select ALL Categories.
  8.  
  9.     After selecting a Category, you will be presented with a Menu Of
  10.     Options:
  11.  
  12.         [A]rea Code - Will ask you to enter an Area Code to locate in the
  13.             Ads File.  If anything matches your request, you'll be
  14.             presented with a summary list of Ads which were left by someone
  15.             in the Area Code you specified.
  16.  
  17.         [C]hange Category - This allows you to choose a different Category
  18.             or select ALL Categories.  Choosing this option will present
  19.             you with a list of Categories like that when you first logged
  20.             on to this Door.

  22.         [D]ownload Ads File - This option will allow you to download the
  23.             current Classified Ads Listing for Off-Line Viewing.  You will
  24.             be presented with a menu of available Transfer Protocols.  We
  25.             recommend Zmodem.  The file you will receive will be named
  26.             KTFM_ADS.ZIP/LZH/ARJ (depending on your SysOps Archiving
  27.             System).

  29.         [H]elp - Displays this help file.
  30.  
  31.         [L]ist Ads (Detail) - This option will start at the top of the list
  32.             in the Category you've chosen and display the Full Ad as it
  33.             was entered by the Advertiser.  There are several additional
  34.             options which become available during the Detail Display:

  36.             [N]ext - Displays the NEXT Ad in the List.
  37.             [P]revious - Displays the PREVIOUS Ad in the List.
  38.             [E]dit - This option will be available ONLY if you are the
  39.                 person who left this Ad.  Edit will allow you to change any
  40.                 of the information contained in that Ad.
  41.             [K]ill - This option will be available ONLY if you are the
  42.                 person who left this Ad.  Kill will allow you to Delete
  43.                 (Permanently Remove) this particular Ad.  If you Attached a
  44.                 File to this Ad, the Attached File will also be removed.
  45.             [D]ownload - This option will be available ONLY if the SysOp
  46.                 configured KT-FleaMarket to allow Attached Files. Download
  47.                 will permit you to Download (receive) the Attached File for
  48.                 this Ad.
  49.             [R]eturn - Returns you to the previous Menu/Screen.

  51.         [P]lace A New Ad - This option will permit you to place a New Ad in
  52.             the system.  You will be presented with a screen for you to
  53.             enter all pertinent information about your Ad.  You don't need
  54.             to complete every field however, you must, at a minimum, leave
  55.             a name.  Depending on the way your SysOp has set up
  56.             KT-FleaMarket, your ad will either be put in the list
  57.             immediately or will require validation from the SysOp before
  58.             being presented to other users.  Check with your SysOp for his
  59.             policies on this.  Also, depending on your SysOp's
  60.             configuration, you may attach a file to your Ad so that others
  61.             may download it.  Again, check with your SysOp if you have any
  62.             questions about placing New Ads.

  64.         [R]eturn To BBS - This option will return you to the BBS System.
  65.  
  66.         [T]ext Search - Text Search allows you to search all Ads in the
  67.             Selected Category for a string of text.  This is an exhaustive
  68.             search, meaning EVERYTHING is looked at.  For instance, if you
  69.             wanted to list all Ads with a specific Zip Code or City, you
  70.             would simply enter that information in the Text Search Field
  71.             when prompted.  Text Search also looks in the Description
  72.             Fields for the desired Text.

  74.         [Q]uick Search - Quick Search will ONLY search the Ad Heading for
  75.             the desired Text.

  77.         [S]can Ads (Summary) - The Scan Ads option will present a list of
  78.         Ad Headings in the selected Category.  You may then choose one of
  79.         the Ad Numbers to view in Detail.  While in the Detail Mode, all
  80.         options available in the [L]ist Ads (Detail) Option also become
  81.         available.
